Registered fractional ownership

White Lotus offers a formally registered fractional ownership structure. This type of registration is uncommon in Asia.

Each ownership share is registered at the Phuket Land Department and issued with an official ownership certificate for the owner’s allocated period.

How it works

Each villa is divided into monthly usage shares.
One share = 28 days per year
Up to 13 owners per villa
Buyers can hold more than one share
